How can you complain?

You can check the status of your complaint by writing a letter to the above address. Should you wish so, we will notify you within 5 working days of the status of your complaint.

Within what time can you complain?
Complaints about a reservation made by vliegwinkel.nl can be submitted until a month after the end of the reserved service or, if the journey was never made, until a month after the original departure date mentioned in the travel documents.

When can you expect a response to your complaint?

Upon receipt of your complaint we will confirm receipt of the complaint and give you an indication of the handling period. The time limit for handling complaints that we can solve ourselves is around three weeks. For complaints that the supplier needs to solved, the handling time may be a few months.

Do you have a complaint about the services of an airline?
You can submit a complaint about the services of an airline. We are not liable for the carrier's services, but we mediate between you and the airline.

Excluded are any claims on the basis of the EC Regulation (261/04) on compensation for denied boarding and cancellation or delay of flights. These should go directly to the relevant airline. If it appears that the airline is uncooperative, please contact EUclaim.

Do you have a complaint regarding a hotel booking?
You can submit a complaint about the services of a hotel. We are not liable for the services offered by the hotel, but mediate between you and the hotel.

Do you have a complaint regarding car rental?

You can submit a complaint about the services of a car rental company. We are not liable for the car rental company services offered, but mediate between you and the rental company.

Note: With financial claims you must provide us with original receipts and / or other relevant documents.
